Help us double lung cancer survival! By participating   and choosing to fundraise, you’re helping us raise awareness and fund vital research programs dedicated to doubling lung cancer survival by 2022.

T-Shirts & Goody Bags
All online and mail-in registrants who attend are guaranteed an event T-shirt and goody bag. A limited quantity of T-shirts and goody bags will be available for those registering on event day.

Help build the movement! Form a Free to Breathe team and ask friends, family members, neighbors and coworkers to join you. When you register, you'll get access to our online fundraising tools that make fundraising easy, convenient and FUN! Plus - the more you raise, the more you are rewarded!

The top three individual fundraisers and top three fundraising teams (based on totals as of 4 p.m. on Sept. 26) will be acknowledged on event day. Fundraising will remain open through Nov. 12.

Additional Activities
Please join us for special kids games and a silent auction taking place throughout the event morning.

Course Description
The 5K is one lap around the lake view loop, which circles the main lake at Creve Coeur Park. The path is fairly flat and hard packed with beautiful views of the lake and woodland areas. The 1-mile walk follows the same path and turns around at the half-mile mark.

Parking
Parking is available at the park/shelter parking lot.

Exit at Missouri 141, going north on 141 and make a right to Marine Ave.

From I-270
Exit at Dorsett, going west make a right to Marine Ave.

From I-70
Exit at 141, going south on 141 make a left to Marine Ave.

All proceeds benefit the National Lung Cancer Partnership - the only lung cancer advocacy organization founded by physicians and researchers working together with survivors and advocates to increase lung cancer awareness and research funding dedicated to doubling lung cancer survival by 2022.
