Long Sleeve T-Shirts
All online and mail-in registrants who attend are guaranteed an event long sleeve T-shirt. A limited quantity of long sleeve T-shirts will be available for those registering on event day.

The top three individual
fundraisers and top three fundraising teams (based on totals as of 4
p.m. on Oct. 10) will be acknowledged on event day. Fundraising will remain open through Nov. 26.
New this Year! Keepsake Honor or Memorial Signs Honor a loved one by dedicating a sign along the route for $30. Signs can only be purchased during the online registration process, prior to Oct. 1. If you would like a photo included, please email in .eps format to: centraliaftb@hotmail.com. Your sign will be displayed during the run/walk and you will be able to take it home with you after the event.
Additional Activities In addition to the run/walk events, there will also be prize drawings, exhibitor booths, a DJ and various children's activities, including a kids' dash.
Course Description
The course is a crushed rock/asphalt nature trail around the 232-acre Blue Heron Lake, the centerpiece of Raccoon River Park. The trail winds its way between the lake and the Raccoon River, providing a natural experience that can rarely be found in an urban environment.
Parking
Parking will be available by the Nature Lodge and Coneflower Shelter.
Driving Directions/Map
From I-35 Take the “Grand Avenue East” exit and continue east on Grand Avenue. Raccoon River Park will be on the south side of the road. Upon entering the park, follow signs for the Nature Lodge or Shelters.
From I-235 Take the “8th Street” exit in West Des Moines, head south on 8th Street. Turn right (west) on Grand Avenue. Raccoon River Park will be on the south side of the road. Upon entering the park, follow signs for the Nature Lodge or Shelters.
