helping us raise awareness and fund vital research programs dedicated to
doubling lung cancer survival by 2022.

All online and mail-in registrants
are guaranteed an event T-shirt. A limited quantity of T-shirts will be available for those registering on event day.

The top three individual
fundraisers and top three fundraising teams (based on totals as of 2
p.m. on Sept. 5) will be acknowledged on event day. Fundraising will remain open through Oct. 22.
Additional Activities
Following the Run/Walk, there will be speakers, fundraising awards, prize drawings and the presentation of runner's medals.
Race Awards
Awards will be given to the top male and top female finishers overall in the 5K race and to the top male and female finishers in the following age categories: 14 & under, 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51+.
Course Description
The Free to Breathe 5K run/walk will be held in Dickman Mill Park. The 5K race course is USAT&F certified. The course is a very flat and scenic 'out and back' along Ruston Way and the beautiful Commencement Bay. On a clear day, the views of the Cascades and the Olympic Mountain Ranges are magnificent.
Parking
Parking is available on the left-hand side of the street, east and west of the parking lot along the water front.
Driving Directions/Map From I-5 take exit 133 to merge onto I-705N toward City Center. Exit on the left onto Schuster Pkwy. Slight left to stay on Schuster Pkwy. Continue onto Ruston Way. Dick Millman Park will be on the right.

together with survivors and advocates to increase lung cancer awareness
