Free to Breathe® Delmarva 4th Annual Lung Cancer 5K Run/Walk & 1-Mile Walk August 11, 2013

Help
us double lung cancer survival! By participating and choosing to fundraise, you’re
helping us raise awareness and fund vital research programs dedicated to
doubling lung cancer survival by 2022.

Event Schedule
6:30 a.m. - Event day registration begins 7:50 a.m. - Warm-up and rally 8:30 a.m. - 5K run/walk 10:15 a.m. - Kids' dash & presentation of awards
The 1-mile walk will begin following the 5K start.

All online and mail-in registrants are guaranteed an event T-shirt. A limited quantity of T-shirts will be available for those registering on event day.

The top three individual
fundraisers and top three fundraising teams (based on totals as of 5
p.m. on Aug. 8) will be acknowledged on event day. Fundraising will remain open through Sept. 25.

Race Awards
Awards
will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers in the 5K
and the first three male and female finishers in each of
the following age groups: 12 & under, 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49;
50-59, 60-69 and 70+.
Course Description
The race begins at the fieldhouse of Cape Henlopen High School and heads through the beautiful historic town of Lewes. After running through the main street of town, runners will turn and run through a residential area and then onto a straightaway of beautiful country green space back to the high school.
Parking
There is plenty of free parking on-site. Please follow the signs at the high school that will point you in the right direction.
