Free to Breathe® Fort Wayne 2nd Annual Lung Cancer 5K Run/Walk & 1-Mile Memory Walk September 8, 2013

Help
us double lung cancer survival! By participating and choosing to fundraise, you’re
helping us raise awareness and fund vital research programs dedicated to
doubling lung cancer survival by 2022.

T-Shirts
All online and mail-in registrants who attend are guaranteed an event T-shirt. A limited quantity of T-shirts will be available for those registering on event day.

The top three individual
fundraisers and top three fundraising teams (based on totals as of 5
p.m. on Sept. 5) will be acknowledged on event day. Fundraising will remain open through Oct. 23.
Additional Activities
Following the 5K and 1-mile walk, there will be a Tot Trot and silent auction. A DJ will be providing music throughout the course of the day.

For your convenience, advance packet pick-up will be available Saturday, September 7 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at:

Race Awards Awards
will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers in the 5K
and the first three male and female finishers in each of
the following age groups: 12 & younger, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39,
40-49,50-59, 60-69 and 70+.

Parking is available at the park near Conklin Pavillion.
