Free to Breathe 5K Run Walk LogoPlease join us for the third annual Free to Breathe® 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk in Dayton, OH! The event provides an opportunity for lung cancer advocates, survivors and the community to come together to raise awareness and support to fight this disease. 100% of the net proceeds from this event will benefit the National Lung Cancer Partnership’s research, education and awareness programs.

Registration Fees/Deadlines:

$20 Online (Closes Wednesday, November 3)
$23 Mail-in (Must be received by Monday, November 1)
$25 Event Day (November 6, 7:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.)

T-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered participants. A limited number of t-shirts and goody bags will be available on event day while quantities last.

Course Description:
The 5K course starts and finishes at Centerville High School. The route takes you through the scenic neighborhoods surrounding the school, including one rolling hill.


Fundraising Information:
Each individual who raises $1,500 or more for the National Lung Cancer Partnership will receive a fundraising incentive. Set up an online fundraising page and download pledge and donation forms here.

The top fundraising team will receive a free lunch from:
   WG Grinders

   Kettering, OH


Awards:

Awards for the 5K race will be given to the top overall male and female finishers and the top three males and females in the following age divisions: 10 and under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+.


Directions/Parking Information:

From I-75: Take the Route 725 exit. Go East on Rt. 725 toward Centerville. Continue on Franklin Street through downtown Centerville.

From I-675: Take the Route 48 (South) exit. Go South on Rt. 48/Far Hills Ave. toward Centerville. Turn left on Franklin Street in downtown Centerville.

The High School will be on your right about 1/2 mile. Enter the school and follow the driveway on the right to the rear of the complex.
