This is the Inaugural Free to Breathe® 5K Fun Run/Walk in Chelmsford, MA. The event provides an opportunity for lung cancer advocates, survivors and the community to come together to raise awareness and support to fight this disease. 100% of the net proceeds from this event will benefit the National Lung Cancer Partnership’s research, education and awareness programs.

T-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered participants. A limited number of t-shirts will be available on event day while quantities last.
Course Description: The flat route with a few rolling hills takes participants through a very scenic area of Chelmsford and passes by the Crooked Spring Reservation, which is surrounded by a residential neighborhood.
Fundraising Information: Each individual who raises $1,500 or more for the National Lung Cancer Partnership will receive a fundraising incentive. Set up an online fundraising page and download pledge and donation forms here.
Directions/Parking Information: Participants should park in the main High School lot near the track and stadium. Registration will be set up at the top of the drive that leads from the parking lot to Richardson Road. Additional parking is available at nearby Harrington Elementary School. Download a PDF with an aerial view of the area. From the South: Take Route 3 north to exit #32/N. CHELMSFORD/CHELMSFORD and then take the left fork onto NORTH RD(RT-4 N). Turn left on NORTH RD(RT-4 S) and continue on OLD WESTFORD RD. Bear Right on GRANITEVILLE RD and continue on RICHARDSON RD.
From the North: Take Route 3 south to exit #32/N. CHELMSFORD/CHELMSFORD and turn right on OLD WESTFORD RD. Bear right on GRANITEVILLE RD and continue on RICHARDSON RD.
